ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file the charge sheet in connection with the Crime No.81 of 2016 on the file of the respondent.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent.

3. Perused the materials placed on record.

4. Taking into consideration the nature of allegations in the FIR, this Court directs the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.81 of 2016, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be,under due intimation to the defacto complainant.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
