O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry, based upon the complaint given by the third respondent.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is the mother-in-law of the third respondent and her son is working at Delhi, whereas, the third respondent is working as Constable at Thirunelveli City and she gave a false complaint against the petitioner and based upon the said complaint, the second respondent is harassing the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent nos. 1 and 2 has submitted that the complaint given by the third respondent is still pending. However, he has submitted that the petitioner was not subjected to any harassment. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the aforesaid submissions, the second respondent is directed to conduct the enquiry, based upon the complaint given by the third respondent, but, the petitioner should not be subjected to any harassment.

5. With the aforesaid observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
