ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the case in Crime No.2 of 2019, on the file of the DCB, Tirunelveli to some other investigating agency, based the petitioner's representation, dated 18.12.2019. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned 1/3

Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that the investigation has been completed and the final report has been filed before the concerned Court on 03.12.2019. She would further submit that the RCS notice was served on the petitioner on 29.11.2019 and since the petitioner refused to receive the RCS notice, it was served by the Village Administrative Officer of Nagercoil North Village, on 29.11.2019.

3.At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the relevant materials have not been served on the petitioner. He would further submit that the petitioner was not examined by the respondent police.

4.Recording the said submission, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report in the manner known to law.
