O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 4.

2. Issuance of notice to the private respondents is dispensed with.

3. The petitioner wants the petition-mentioned encroachment to be removed.

4. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that action has already been taken and that after issuing notice under Section 7 of the Act Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905, final order under Section 6 of the Act was passed. If the affected parties do not obtain any interim order, the encroachment will be removed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. Recording the said undertaking of the official respondents given through the learned Special Government Pleader, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
