This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the 2nd and 3rd respondents to disburse the DCRG (Death Cum Retirement Gratuity) amount authorized by the 1st respondent by complying the order of the 1st respondent vide proceedings in AG (A ANDE)/PEN 29/1/2022-23/Pt.No. 57320/31800 dated 19.10.2022 on the basis of his representation dated 15.11.2022, within the time framed by this Court.
2. The case of the petitioner is that for disbursement of the gratuity amount, the petitioner made a representation on 15.11.2022. However, the same was not considered till date. Hence, the present writ petition has 2/5
been filed.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would suffice, if the third respondent is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, dated 15.11.2022, on merits and in accordance with law, within a specified period.
4. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent No.2 has no serious objection for such an order being passed by this Court.
5. Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 15.11.2022 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
