O RDER This petition has been filed to punish the respondents under Section 11 of the Contempt of Court Act, 1971 for their willful disobedience of the order of this Court passed in W.P.(MD).No.6947 of 2023, dated 11.04.2023. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the order passed by this Court is complied on the basis of the undertaking given by the parties. But, however, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that nothing happened as stated by the respondents. If the petitioner is having any grievance, he is at liberty to workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings. In view of the submissions given by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this contempt petition stands closed.
