COOMON ORDER The petitioners have applied for the post of Auxiliary Nurse Midwife/Village Health Nurse as per the notification issued by the third respondent dated 11.10.2023. The petitioners with a grievance that they have not been selected for the post as per the said notification, have submitted a representation and have filed these writ petitions seeking a direction to the respondents to consider their representation. 2/4

2.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the third respondent submits that by a proceedings dated 31.01.2026, the representation of the petitioners have been rejected that they are not qualified as per the notification dated 11.10.2023. The copy of the rejection order has also been furnished to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

3.Recording the above submission and the proceedings dated 31.01.2026, these writ petitions are closed with a liberty to the petitioners to workout their remedy in the manner known to law.
