ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to direct the first respondent to transfer the case in Crime No.265 of 2014 from the file of the third respondent police to the file of the second respondent for proper investigation and file a final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the case is pending on the file of the Central Police Station, Thoothukudi. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the said submission, the relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted and hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
