ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to issue non traceable certificate to the petitioner in the documents mentioned in the online complaint, dated 02.01.2023, in reference No. GLG23000935.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has lodged an online complaint dated 02.01.2023 before the respondent for missing of his original sale deed document bearing No. 485/1983, dated 08.04.1983, which was situated at Mannarkoil Village, Ambasamudram Sub Registration circle, Tirunelveli District in Survey Nos. 583/1 and 583/4, but no action was taken.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's complaint dated 02.01.2023 is pending.

5. Considering the above, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry and issue Non-traceable Certificate to the petitioner, after ensuring the said document has not been deposited for any purpose following the circular issued by the Director General of Police.

6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
