Heard Mr.S.Prabha, learned Counsel for Petitioner.

2. This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to to permit the petitioner herein to take substituted service in Tr.C.M.P.(MD)No.429 of 2025 through paper publication in Tamil Daily in locality (Thiruvarur District) of the respondent.

3. It is submitted by learned Counsel for Petitioner that notice sent through Court was returned with an endorsement "Left without Instruction" and proof of service has also been filed. Hence, learned Counsel seeks permission to take substituted service on respondent.

4. In view of the above, Petitioner is permitted to take substituted service for respondent by way of paper publication in Tamil Daily viz., Thinathanthi or Thinamalar, having circulation in Thiruvarur District notifying the hearing date as 17.02.2026. The publication shall be effected on or before 16.02.2026.
