ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to direct the first respondent to direct the second respondent to execute order in M.C.No.12 of 2010 dated 26.06.2015 pending against the third respondent passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nilakottai, Dindigul District.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that endeavour would be made to execute the warrant.

4. Considering the same, a direction is issued to the respondent No.2 to take appropriate steps to execute the warrant within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. With above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
