Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.KAMATCHI, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mrs.M.ANANTHA DEVI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)No.5383 of 2019 on 15.04.2019. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.5383 of 2019 on 15.04.2019 regularly, and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

4.Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly and there is no complaint of the petitioners tampering with the witnesses, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.5383 of 2019 on 15.04.2019 is relaxed. However, the petitioners shall report before the respondent as and when required for interrogation.
