O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation/application dated 16.12.2025 seeking mutation of house tax assessment in the name of the petitioner, within the time that may be stipulated by this Court.

2. The petitioner seeks mutation of the property tax assessment standing in respect of the subject property in his name. Hence, the petitioner made a representation to the respondent on 16.12.2025. However, no action has been taken on the said representation till date. Hence, the petitioner has approached this Court.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner's representation would be considered in accordance with law.

4. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 16.12.2025 and pass appropriate 2/4

orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
