Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for R1. 2.All that the petitioner wants is disposal of the petition mentioned proceedings. It is seen that they are pending right from the year 2012. It cannot be kept pending indefinitely. I, therefore, direct the first respondent to dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the first respondent to pass orders one way or other.
