The above petition is filed to order substituted service of notice to the respondents 5, 7 and 8 by way of publishing the notice in any one of the local daily Tamil Newspaper in C.M.P.(MD)No.17121 of 2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 to 4. Records perused.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered and the petitioner is permitted to effect substituted service for the respondents 5, 7 and 8, by paper publication in Tamil Daily viz., Malai Malar, in Sivagangai Edition, indicating the next date of hearing as 13.02.2026. The publication shall be effected on or before 02.02.2026.

4. Post the matter on 13.02.2026.
