This petition is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.11 of 2015, dated 22.05.2015, on the file of the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Srivaikundam, Thoothukudi District. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that investigation in Crime No.11 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent has been completed and the respondent No.1 laid the charge sheet before the concerned Magistrate on 11.03.2016 and the same was not taken on file.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
