ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide necessary police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner by considering the representation dated 17.06.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that a case has already been registered against the named accused in Crime No.552 of 2015 on 03.05.2015. After enlargement on bail, the accused persons are threatening the petitioner with dire consequences. In this regard, a representation has been given to the respondents 1 and 2 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ seeking police protection and the same has not been considered till date. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with this present Criminal

Original Petition.

4. Taking into consideration of the pendency of the representation dated 17.06.2015, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to look into the same and take appropriate steps within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed off.
