The writ petition is filed challenging the order of the 1st respondent/Municipality, whereby the property tax assessment was made in favour of the 2nd respondent from one Mohammed Kasim. The petitioner claims that the Mohammed Kasim is her brother-in-law and the property dispute between them is still pending before the appropriate Civil Court. 2.I am of the view that if the petitioner succeeds in the civil proceedings, it is open to the petitioner to approach the authorities

concerned for appropriate orders, in the manner known to law, if so advised. 3.With this observation, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
