RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl OP(MD)No.4685 of 2019 on the file of this Honble Court dated 11.04.2019 in Cr.No.33 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.A.ANANDA RAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mrs.M.ANANTHA DEVI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)No.4685 of 2019.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.4685 of 2019 on 11.04.2019 regularly, and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioners complying with the condition regularly and there is no complaint of

the petitioners tampering with the witnesses, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.4685 of 2019 on 11.04.2019 is relaxed. However, the petitioners shall report before the respondent as and when required for interrogation.
