O R D E R
The learned Counsel for the writ petitioner made a submission that the issues in relation to the promotion to the post of Tahsildar was adjudicated by the Supreme Court of India and a judgment was delivered in favour of the writ petitioners. Accordingly, the benefit of the judgment of the Supreme Court is extended to the officials concerned.
2.In view of the fact that the issues had already been decided by the Apex Court and settled, no further adjudication is required and the case of the writ petitioner is also to be considered with reference to the orders passed by the Apex Court. 3.With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
