RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Honble Court in Crl OP(MD)No.4133 of 2019 dated 22.04.2019 in Cr.No.29 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.MUTHUMALAIRAJA, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mrs.M.ANANTHA DEVI, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.4133 of 2019.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.4133 of 2019 regularly, and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and there is no complaint of

the petitioner tampering with the witnesses, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.5133 of 2019 on 22.04.2019 is relaxed.
