O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondents to register a criminal case against the accused based on the complaint dated 01.12.2014 preferred by the petitioner and to take action against the accused in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3. When the matter is taken up hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side), on instructions, submitted that no complaint has been received by the respondents.

4.Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), without going into the merits of the case, the petitioner is permitted to appear before the respondent No.2 on the first week of August 2015 along with a fresh complaint and thereafter, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. With the above directions, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
