Prayer :- This Criminal Original Petition filed under section 482 of Cr.P.C., praying this Court, to direct the Judicial Magistrate Court No.I,Virudhunagar to dispose the case in CC.No.211 of 2020 within the stipulated period which this Honble Court. ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition coming on this day under the caption for Extension of time and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and a requisiton letter submitted by the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Virudhunagar vide letter in D.No.841, dated 26.07.2022, this Court made the following order: This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in C.C.No.211 of 2020.

2. This Court has already disposed the Criminal Original Petition, by the order, dated 26.07.2021 and directed the Court below to dispose of the case in C.C.No.211 of 2020, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Now, the Court below requests further time of three months to dispose of the said case.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the letter dated 26.07.2022, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, three months time is granted from the date of receipt https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
