This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the respondent to register the complaint given by the petitioner dated 13.07.2015.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instruction submitted that the complaint sent to the Higher Authorities through post.

3.Considering the above said submission, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on the first week of August 2015 and give a copy of the complaint and after receiving the said complaint, the respondent is directed to investigate the matter and complete the same within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
