O R D E R

The petition is filed to direct the first respondent to withdraw the investigation from the fourth respondent in Crime No.6 of 2014 and transfer the same to the third respondent or some other independent investigation agency.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents would submit that already investigation has been completed in Crime No.6 of 2014 on the file of the 4th respondent and the same has been referred as "Mistake of Fact" on 23.08.2014 and hence, nothing survives in this petition.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
