ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the accused No.1, to direct the Judicial Magistrate No.III, Thoothukudi to dispose of the case in C.C.No.88 of 2017 at early. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner's wife a case has been registered under Sections 498-A and 506(i) I.P.C., and after investigation, charge sheet has also been filed and based upon the charge sheet, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thoothukudi has taken the case on file in C.C.No.168 of 2016 and thereafter it was transferred to learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Thoothududi and re-numbered in C.C.No.88 of 2017. He further submitted that the petitioner and petitioner's wife have settled the issue and they are living together now and hence the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Thoothukudi, directed to dispose of the aforesaid case at early.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that already the P.W.1 has been examined on 17.03.2017 and the case is posted on 12.03.2018 for cross examination of other witnesses. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the aforesaid submissions, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Thoothukudi is directed to expedite the trial and dispose of the case in C.C.No.88 of 2017, within four months. 5.With the aforesaid observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
