RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT in BOTH THE PETITIONS Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time limit granted for execution of sureites in Crl OP (MD)No.5444 of 2019 vide order dated 24.04.2019. Order :These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.ANAND, Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions and of MRS.M.ANANTHADEVI, Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent in both the petitions, the court made the following order:- These Petitions have been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5444 of 2019, dated 24.04.2019, for producing the sureties and for executing the bail bond. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit during the pendency of these petitions, the respondent police has arrested the petitioner.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, these petitions are dismissed as infructuous.
