O R D E R

This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in crime No.130 of 2015 on the file of the2nd respondent to the file of 3rd respondent, pursuant to the representation dated 16.06.2015. 2.Heard both sides.

to monitor the investigation in crime No.130 of 2015 on the file of the 2nd respondent.

4.Now, the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that the investigation is almost over and they yet to file charge sheet.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court direct the second respondent to file the final report, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.This criminal original petition is disposed of with the above direction.
