O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners have not committed any offence, however, one Rajan gave a false complaint and based on the said complaint the second respondent is harassing the petitioners.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that after receipt of the complaint from the said Rajan the petitioners were called upon for enquiry, but they have not appeared and hence, the question of harassing does not arise.

4.Considering the aforesaid submissions, the petitioners are directed to appear before the second respondent and on such appearance the second respondent has to enquire the matter and if https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the enquiry reveals any cognisable offence then he has to register a case and proceed in accordance with law, but the petitioner should not be subjected to unnecessary harassment.

5.With the aforesaid observation, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
