ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to quash the FIR in Crime No.621 of 2021 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Kamuthi Police Station, Kamuthi, Ramanathapuram District.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the investigation has already been completed and the final report has also been filed and they have also produced the copy of the final report, dated 10.05.2022.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. The petitioners are at liberty to challenge the final report, if so advised. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 23.01.2023 das 2/4
