ORDER

The petitioner has filed the writ petition for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to quash the impugned order cum directions of the first respondent in reference Na.Ka.No.A/698/2012 dated 01.04.2013 and to direct the first respondent to comply with https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD).No.6306 of 2013 the request of the petitioner letter dated 10.04.2013. 2.This writ petition is filed challenging the impugned order passed by the first respondent declaring the permanent status of 40 persons and to direct the first respondent to make them permanent. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner's request for regularization has been favourably considered and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition. Since the prayer sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
