ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to direct the second respondent to give Police protection to the petitioner and her family members, based upon the petition submitted by the petitioner, dated 30.01.2018. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the respondents three to six, gave a false complaint before the second respondent stating that the petitioner's son has cheated them by giving false promise that he will repay the total https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

amount and during pendency of the said complaint, the respondents three to six have assaulted the petitioner's son and also threatened the petitioner and hence the petitioner has sent a petition dated 31.01.2018, but, so far no action has been taken. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that the complaint given by the respondents three to six and the complaint given by the petitioner are pending for enquiry. 4.Considering the aforesaid submissions, the second respondent is directed to enquire both the petitions and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence, then he has to register a case and proceed further in accordance with law.

5.With the aforesaid observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
