ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/A1, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 506(i) IPC r/w Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002 in Crime No.6 of 2017 on the file of the respondent police.

2.The complaint was given by the petitioner's wife Jansirani. A child was also born and it is with the mother. The defacto complainant said to have filed maintenance case. Till the disposal of the said case, the petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.3,000/- per month to the wife.

3.The earlier granted interim anticipatory bail is made absolute. The petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required. This Criminal Original Petition is allowed. If the petitioner commits default in making the payment for two consecutive months, this anticipatory bail shall stand automatically vacated.
