Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.830 of 2019 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.17220 of 2018.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.830 of 2019 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.17220 of 2018 on 31.01.2019 regularly, and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner complying with the condition regularly and there is no complaint of

the petitioner tampering with the witnesses, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.830 of 2019 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.17220 of 2018 on 31.01.2019 is relaxed.
