ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first rspondent herein to dispose of an appeal presented by the petitioner on 27.03.2013, challenging grant of legal heir certificate by the second respondent herein.

2. The learned Government Advocate for the official respondents produced a copy of the order, dated 20.12.2017 passed by the first 2/4

respondent herein, under which the appeal filed by the writ petitioner has already been disposed of. Since the prayer sought for in the writ petition has already been granted, no further orders are required in the present writ petition.
