This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation to any such agency such as City Crime Branch, Viswanathapuram, Madurai or CBCID or to set up any special team and to set the criminal procedure in motion to punish the culprits and to recover the articles.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side. 3.It is seen from the records that when the matter was taken up for hearing on 05.08.2014 for admission, no notice was ordered. Thereafter, it was not listed. 4.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for petitioner, since the prayer in this petition has become infructuous, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
