O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed for a direction to direct the third respondent not to harass the petitioner and her relative under guise of enquiry.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's son-in-law namely Kasimayan is involved in the case of theft in respect of which a case in Crime No.39 of 2018 was registered by the third respondent police and the petitioner was summoned only with regard to the enquiry in Crime No. 39 of 2018 and they have not harassed the petitioner.

3. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the said Kasimayan is not petitioner's son-in -law, he is only a distant relative.
