Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to issue rent receipt by considering the representation given by the petitioner dated 02.09.2024 and to transfer the shop in the name of

the petitioner and permit to carry out the repair works as and when necessary.

ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a mandamus to direct the first and second respondents to issue rent receipt by considering his representation dated 02.09.2024, to transfer the shop in his name and permit to carry out the repair works as and when necessary.

2. Considering the fact that the claim of the petitioner is pending consideration with the second respondent, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the claim of the petitioner made in his representation dated 02.09.2024 within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the aforesaid direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
