ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed challenging an order passed by the second respondent herein, under which the request of the petitioner for grant of No Objection Certificate for conducting exhibition in a particular survey number has been rejected.

2. A perusal of the impugned order indicates that the petitioner has sought for permission for conducting exhibition between 17.04.2013 to 02.06.2013. Since the period has already expired, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present writ petition.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. 07.09.2022 Index :
