This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the fourth respondent not to harass the petitioner. 2.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the first and second respondents.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions would submit that on the petition given by the petitioner, petition enquiry has been conducted and subsequently, it was closed and there is no such harassment.
