ORDER

This petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondent police to not harass him under the guise of an enquiry.

2. Mr.T.SenthilKumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions would submit that the police had never harassed the petitioner. It is pertinent to point out that the petitioner has not given any details about the enquiry. In the present petition, the only contention is that that the respondent police are harassing the petitioner by asking him to tell the whereabouts of one Fazil who is no way connected with the petitioner.
