ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents herein not to harass the petitioner under guise of the enquiry without following the procedure established by law.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions would submit that only petition enquiry is pending and the petitioner is not harassed.

4. In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Second respondent is also directed not to harass the petitioner in the meanwhile. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
