PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, praying to direct the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Tiruchirappali to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.395 of 2016, as expeditiously within a stipulated time fixed by this Court.

ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Civil Revision Petition to direct the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Tiruchirappali to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.395 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible. 2.According to the revision petitioner, he has filed H.M.O.P.No.395 of 2016 on the file of the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Tiruchirappali, for dissolving the marriage between the petitioner and the respondent. The matter has been pending for the past three years without any progress. Therefore, the petitioner has come out with the present Civil Revision Petition.

3.I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner and perused the materials available on record. 4.Taking into consideration the material facts and circumstances, this Court is of the view that in the interest of justice, a direction may be issued to the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Tiruchirappali, to dispose of the petition, as expeditiously as possible.

5.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself with a direction to the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Tiruchirappali, to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.395 of 2016, as expeditiously as possible, on merits and in accordance with law. No costs.
