ORDER

The petitioner has applied for the post of Auxiliary Nurse Midwife/Village Health Nurse as per the notification issued by the third respondent dated 11.10.2023. The petitioner with a grievance that she has not been selected for the post as per the said notification, has submitted a representation and has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents to consider her representation. 2.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the third respondent submits that by a proceedings dated 31.01.2026, the representation of the petitioner has been rejected that she is not qualified as per the notification dated 11.10.2023. The copy of the 2/4

rejection order has also been furnished to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3.Recording the above submission and the proceedings dated 31.01.2026, this writ petition is closed with a liberty to the petitioner to workout her remedy in the manner known to law. There shall be no order as to costs.
