2.The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners have purchased certain lands from several persons and subsequently, they came to know that one Dhanasekaran has created false document and hence, the petitioners had lodged a complaint before the second respondent on 03.01.2018, but so far, no action has been taken.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that enquiry is still pending.
4.Considering the aforesaid submissions, the second respondent is directed to expedite the enquiry and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence then he has to register the case and proceed in accordance with law.
5.With the aforesaid observation, these criminal original petitions are disposed of.
