The present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to withdraw the proceeding in H.M.O.P.No.4656 of 2023 on the file of the IV Page No 1 of 3

Additional Family Court, Chennai and transfer the same to the file of the Sub Court, Sivakasi, Virudhunagar District.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent.

The learned counsel for the respondent has filed a memo stating that the petition filed by the respondent, in H.M.O.P.No.4656 of 2023 on the file of the IV Additional Family Court, Chennai, has been dismissed as withdrawn on 12.09.2024. Therefore, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present case.

4. Recording the said memo, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
