RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the order made in Crl.O.P(MD).No.4353/2019 dated 25/03/2019 in so far as the deposit a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- to the credit of Learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Karur and reduce the same as Rs.5,00,000/- Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.BALAJI, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mrs.M.ANANTHA DEVI, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.4353 of 2019 dated 25.03.2019, insofar as the deposit of a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- to the credit of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II,Karur and to reduce the same as Rs.5,00,000/-.

2.It is seen from the records that already the petitioner has filed a petition in Crl.M.P(MD) No.3617 of 2019 for similar relief and by the order dated 22.11.2019, this Court dismissed the said petition. However, time was extended for further period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which the anticipatory bail already granted by this Court shall stand vacated automatically.

3. There is no merits in this petition. Hence this petition is dismissed.
