O R D E R

This petition has been filed under section 482 Criminal Procedure Code, praying to modify the condition directing the petitioners each to furnish cash surety instead of furnishing two personal sureties to satisfy the bail ordered in Cr.M.P.No.6087 of 2014 dated 22.08.2014 on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Vadipatti.

2.Heard learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3.Considering the submission made by learned Government Advocate (crl.side), this Court directs modification of the order made in Cr.M.P.No.6087 of 2014, dated 22.08.2014 on the file of learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Vadipatti. The petitioners are directed to execute their own bond each for a sum of Rs.10,000/- and also to deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- to the credit of Crime No.235 of 2014. Further, the petitioners shall be required to appear before learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Vadipatti, daily at 10.30 a.m., on all working days. Learned Magistrate is further directed to consider the charge sheet filed by the respondent police and thereupon proceed to take cognizance of such offences commission of which are revealed, though not necessarily offences indicated by the Investigating Agency. The court below shall dispose of the case in Crime No.235 of 2014 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, considering the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. With the above modification, the Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
