RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time to furnish sureties in Crl.M.P(MD).No.4009/2019 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.4775/2019 dated 27/04/2019 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.LENIN KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mrs.M.ANANTHA DEVI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD) No.4009 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4775 of 2019, dated 27.04.2019, for producing the sureties and for executing the bail bond.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court has granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD) No.4775 of 2015 on 27.04.2019 with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aranthangi within 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. He further submitted that subsequently he has filed petition in Crl.M.P(MD) No.4009 of 2019 seeking extension of time and this Court by an order has extended time for a period of fifteen days to furnish sureties. In the said petition the petitioner has inadvertently mentioned the respondent police and crime number wrongly and hence is not able to file the said order. Hence, he prays to grant further time to execute the sureties. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this petition is ordered and the time for executing the sureties is extended by one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order as a last chance.
