ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to direct the second respondent to give Police protection for constructing a house by the petitioner in his patta land.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner belongs to Hindu Parayar community and the Government has assigned a patta in respect of 0.00.73 sq.m land and the respondents three and four approached the petitioner and compelled him to sell the property to them and for which the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner refused and aggrieved by the same, the respondents three and four are not allowing the petitioner for constructing a house in his property and also criminally intimidated him and hence the petitioner has lodged a complaint on 04.01.2018, but, so far the second respondent has not taken any action. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that the enquiry is still pending.

4.Recording the aforesaid submissions, the second respondent is directed to expedite the enquiry and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence, then he has to register a case and proceed further in accordance with law within fifteen days. 5.With the aforesaid observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
